During investigations for infertility, some patients at RCC are found to be candidates for surgery. Common reasons for surgery are presence of fibroids in the uterus, scarring in the cavity of the uterus, scarring involving the fallopian tubes, and endometriosis. Some Mississauga fertility patients will even be counseled for exploratory surgery as part of their investigations. These surgeries are undertaken to correct problems so that infertility treatment can proceed with optimal opportunity for success. Should a patient require surgery, RCC fertility doctors will schedule the surgery for these procedures at one of the many hospitals in the region that our clinic is associated with.
