Dr. Shirine Usmani
MD, PhD, Endocrinology

Dr. Shirine Usmani is an academic Endocrinologist with a special interest in metabolism, the musculoskeletal system as well as reproductive health. She completed her undergraduate studies in Physiology and Pharmacology at Western University, where she also earned her MD/PhD. Dr. Usmani went on to complete her residency training in Internal Medicine and subspecialty training in Endocrinology at the University of Toronto. She later pursued a Post-Doctoral Fellowship through Toronto’s Clinician Scientist Training Program. She continues to carry out clinical and translational research at University Health Network.
Dr. Usmani has always had a special interest in reproductive health and has worked as a consultant at RCC since 2021. She provides advice to help optimize individuals during pregnancy planning and helps to manages certain Endocrine disorders throughout pregnancy as well. She commonly sees patients with diabetes, PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, among others. She is happy to be part of the RCC team!

Dr. Yasmine I. Usmani
MD, FRCSC, OBGYN, GREI
Dr. Usmani earned her Honours Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Queen’s University before obtaining her medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Saskatchewan and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada. She then pursued subspecialty training in Gynecologic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Western Ontario.

Dr. Jennifer Lam
MD, MSc, FRCSC, OBGYN, GREI
Dr. Lam’s passion for reproductive medicine began during her Honours degree in Life Sciences at Queen’s University, where she studied reproductive biology and conducted research on sperm capacitation.

Dr. Dan Nayot
BSc, MSc, MD, FRCSC
Dr. Dan Nayot received his medical degree from the University of Western Ontario, followed by a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Toronto. He completed subspecialty training in Gynecologic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at McGill University and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology from Harvard University.

Dr. Clive Lee
MB, BSc, FRCSC, OBGYN, GREI
Dr. Clive Lee earned his medical degree from the University of London, England, before completing his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Manitoba. He then pursued subspecialty training in Gynecologic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Western Ontario. In addition to his fertility practice, Dr. Lee is trained in laparoscopic surgery and remains on staff at Humber River Regional Hospital.

Dr. Ola Davis

Dr. Ola Davis serves as the Laboratory Director at RCC, bringing expertise and dedication to the field of Assisted Reproductive Technologies.

Dr. Sheena Changela
MD FRCSC, OBGYN
Dr. Changela earned her medical degree and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Saskatchewan. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
