Dr. Usmani earned her Honours Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Queen’s University before obtaining her medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Saskatchewan and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada. She then pursued subspecialty training in Gynecologic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Western Ontario.

As the Medical Director and Physician at the Reproductive Care Centre, Dr. Usmani is dedicated to upholding the clinic’s long-standing commitment to ethical, patient-centered, and accessible care. She has a special interest in reproductive ethics, particularly around reproductive tourism, recurrent pregnancy loss, and fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all patients.

Dr. Usmani is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals and couples navigating infertility and pregnancy loss, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey.
